JScrabble Professional is a computer game based on classic board game. It allows playing with computer opponent using five skill levels (from "novice" to "expert"). It is also possible to play "solitaire" or play against multiple (up to four) players, by passing on computer to the next, and the game will hide your rack from the next player. The game has built-in Word Checker with SOWPODS dictionary.

This game is for presentation only and is not a commercial offer. It presents the possibility of using Java in online games and business software. In particular, the game uses mechanisms of:

a compact representation of dictionaries in the form of graph data structures
fast loading of dictionary file to computer's memory
fast stacking of words based on prefix and infix dictionaries
fast word validations
